INNOVAIDEN INC. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Innovaiden Inc.'s ("Innovaiden," "we," "us," or "our") website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service and Master Service Agreement.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, without notice and without refund.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this AUP is to:
- Protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Services
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for all users
- Protect the rights and interests of Innovaiden, our customers, and third parties
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activities
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
3.1 Illegal and Harmful Conduct
- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or legal requirement
- Engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or terrorist activities
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights of third parties
- Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or harm any person or entity
- Engage in discriminatory, hateful, or violent conduct
- Distribute, transmit, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Violate export control laws, sanctions, or embargoes imposed by the United States or other jurisdictions
3.2 Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, networks, or data that you are not authorized to access
- Probe, scan, test, or attempt to breach the security or authentication measures of the Services without authorization
- Use any automated system, tool, or software (including bots, scrapers, spiders, or crawlers) to access the Services without our prior written consent
- Intercept, monitor, or interfere with communications or data transmissions on the Services
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or access controls
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or discover the source code of the Services
- Exploit security vulnerabilities for malicious purposes (see Section 10 for responsible disclosure)
3.3 Malicious Code and Disruption
- Introduce, distribute, or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, or other malicious or harmful code
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Overload, flood, or otherwise impair the performance, operation, or availability of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt other users' access to or use of the Services
- Transmit or store excessively large files or data in a manner that disrupts service availability
3.4 Misuse of Services
- Use the Services for competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or to create competing products or services without our written consent
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Services available to third parties without authorization
- Use the Services in violation of our Master Service Agreement or Terms of Service
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Services
- Use the Services to store, process, or transmit data in violation of applicable data protection or privacy laws
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of any content or communications
3.5 Spam, Phishing, and Unsolicited Communications
- Send unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or other unsolicited commercial communications (UCE)
- Engage in phishing, spoofing, or other fraudulent communication practices
- Use the Services to harvest, collect, or scrape email addresses or other personal information without consent
- Send communications that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other anti-spam laws
3.6 Inappropriate and Harmful Content
- Upload, post, transmit, or store content that is:
- Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, or obscene
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative
- Violent, threatening, or promoting self-harm
- Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Distribute false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Impersonate any person, entity, or organization, or falsely represent your affiliation
3.7 Abuse of Resources
- Consume excessive bandwidth, storage, or computing resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining using our infrastructure or Services without authorization
- Use the Services in a manner that violates fair use policies or service limits specified in your subscription agreement
3.8 Data Protection and Privacy Violations
- Process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Collect, use, or disclose personal information without proper consent or legal basis
- Process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate safeguards
- Transfer personal data across borders in violation of applicable transfer restrictions
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Data Protection Laws: GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, and other privacy regulations
- Export Control Laws: U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Sanctions and Embargoes: OFAC regulations, EU sanctions, UN sanctions
- Anti-Spam Laws: CAN-SPAM Act, CASL (Canada), GDPR
- Intellectual Property Laws: Copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws
- Cybersecurity Laws: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), unauthorized access laws
- Industry-Specific Regulations: HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA (if applicable)
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1 Right to Monitor
Innovaiden reserves the right, but has no obligation, to:
- Monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Access, review, and disclose information as necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and interests
5.2 Enforcement Actions
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions, in our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning or request corrective action
- Suspend your access to the Services temporarily or permanently
- Terminate your account and any associated subscriptions without refund
- Remove or disable access to content or data that violates this AUP
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Take legal action, including seeking injunctive relief or damages
5.3 No Obligation to Monitor
While we reserve the right to monitor use of the Services, we are not obligated to do so and assume no responsibility for user-generated content or activities. You acknowledge that we cannot prevent all violations of this AUP and that use of the Services is at your own risk.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to:

When reporting violations, please provide:
- A detailed description of the suspected violation
- Relevant evidence (screenshots, logs, URLs, timestamps)
- Your contact information for follow-up
We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and legal obligations.
7. Consequences of Violations
7.1 Suspension and Termination
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension of Services without notice if the violation poses a security risk, legal liability, or harm to others
- Termination for cause with or without prior notice
- Permanent ban from accessing or using the Services in the future
- No refunds for prepaid fees or subscriptions
7.2 Legal Action
In addition to suspension or termination, we reserve the right to:
- Pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages
- Report violations to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties
- Cooperate with investigations and legal proceedings
7.3 Liability for Damages
You will be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Innovaiden or third parties as a result of your violation of this AUP.
8. No Refunds for AUP Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this AUP, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees, subscription costs, or other charges. All outstanding amounts owed to Innovaiden will remain due and payable.
9. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Innovaiden, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all authorized users of your account comply with this AUP
- Implementing appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account
- Promptly notifying us of any suspected violations or security incidents
- Taking corrective action if we notify you of a violation by you or your users
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account.
10. Responsible Disclosure of Security Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Services, we encourage you to report it responsibly:

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines:
- Provide a detailed description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce it
- Do not exploit the vulnerability for malicious purposes or access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
- Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it
- Allow us a reasonable time to investigate and remediate the issue before disclosing it to others
We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with security researchers to address legitimate vulnerabilities promptly.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
If you integrate third-party services or applications with the Services, you are responsible for ensuring that such integrations comply with this AUP and all applicable laws. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of third-party services.
12. Updates to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Provide notice on our website or via email (where appropriate)
- Request your acknowledgment of the updated AUP if required by your subscription agreement
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
13. Severability
If any provision of this AUP is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
