An agent behind every function. Your people behind every decision.
Innovaiden Create puts specialist agents behind the repetitive work that holds good people hostage: intake, quoting, scheduling, reporting, screening, migrations. What ships is a working application your team logs into, built and operated by our forward-deployed engineers.
First production release usually in weeks.
The operations view your team works in, live on the platform today
Five steps. One platform. Operated after launch.
From one slice of work to an application that runs it. Here is exactly what happens.
We map the work and break it into functions.
Our engineers embed in your operation and chart how the work actually flows, not how the org chart says it does. One slice gets decomposed into functions small enough to specify, build, and test honestly.
Each function is assigned an agent. Each judgment call is assigned a person. That map is the build plan.

Agents staff the functions and do the work.
A lead agent breaks each job into tasks and runs specialist workers in parallel. Each worker does one narrow thing well: reading filings, checking sanctions lists, drafting quotes, comparing schemas.
Nothing enters a deliverable ungraded. Every data point is stamped Verified, Observed, Estimated, or Hypothesis, with its source and date attached.
The engineering view of a live run: workers in parallel, evidence graded, gate held
Your people hold the gates.
Anything that spends money, touches production, or leaves the building pauses at an approval gate held by a named person on your team. The work arrives prepared in full, with the reasoning attached.
Approve it, or return it with a note. Either way, the decision and the name behind it become part of the permanent record.

One flagged finding on subject 2 needs a human call before it enters the report.
Agents prepare the work in full. Named people make the call.
Your team works in a plain-language application.
What ships is not a dashboard of charts. It is a working application your team logs into: a feed of what the agents did, what is waiting for a decision, and what went out the door.
No training courses, no certification programs. If you can read a notification, you can run your part of it.
The operations view your team works in. Every action logged, nothing leaves without approval.
We operate it, and everything stays auditable.
After launch we monitor, tune, and extend the application. When one function has proven itself in production, the next one goes on. Deliverables export versioned, with every figure traceable to a dated source.

Some of what we’ve built.
Each one started as one slice of work. Built on the platform, gated by people, operated after launch.

The ask: Research a target the way an analyst team would, in a fraction of the time.
What we built: Agents mine filings, registries, sanctions lists, press, and technical surface, more than 500 sources per company. Every finding lands graded, with source and date attached.
Where it stands: Runs our own advisory engagements. Reports export with the full audit trail.
Yours will look different, and that is the point. If the function can be specified, it is a candidate: customer replies, document processing, phone coverage, finance back office, whatever eats your week.
The same platform, entered at different doors.
Around 20 people
You cannot hire for the work that eats your week, and you should not have to. One function, usually intake or quoting, goes live in weeks and starts carrying its share.
- Intake that structures every inbound request before you see it
- Quotes drafted from your own price rules, approved by you before they send
- A weekly report that assembles itself with sources attached
Growing past 100
The processes that got you here are held together by a few overloaded people. We decompose the messiest slice first and hand those people gates instead of grunt work.
- Scheduling that resolves its own conflicts and escalates true exceptions
- Reporting across teams with every figure graded and dated
- Pipeline monitoring that tells you what changed overnight
Enterprise scale
You need rigor before capability: isolation, audit, named accountability. The platform was built for that review, and one governed pilot fits inside your budget line.
- Key-person screening and risk quantification running in production today
- Approval gates that map onto your existing sign-off structure
- End-to-end audit trail, tenant isolation, MFA on private AWS
Built for a security review.
The questions your security team will ask, answered before they ask them.
Our SOC 2 readiness program is underway. We are not certified yet, we will not pretend to be, and we will show you exactly where the program stands on the call.
Start with one function.
A scoping call maps one slice of your work into functions and names who holds each gate. The commercial shape is plain: a scoped build fee, then a monthly operations fee, with figures after that call and before you commit to anything.
